At full build-out, this hyperscale project has the potential to triple the city’s commercial property tax base, providing vital revenue for local schools, emergency services, and infrastructure while requiring significantly less in government support than traditional residential or commercial developments.
The Water-Neutral Standard
Our closed-loop "radiator" systems keep water sealed in pipes that never touch the outside air, so instead of evaporating water like traditional evaporative-cooled data centers, we reuse the same water again and again — generating zero industrial wastewater and built-in drought resiliency, all while using a mere fraction of what a typical golf course consumes.
Power & Grid Infrastructure: Enhancing Local Reliability
As a proud supporter of the national Ratepayer Protection Pledge, Skybox funds its own grid connections, backup capacity, and neighborhood power equipment upfront — so the cost of our growth never lands on everyday electricity bills. If anything, spreading fixed grid costs across more electricity use helps ease the load on residential rates, not add to it.
