Skybox Austin is situated on a twenty-five-acre campus in the heart of Austin’s Silicon Hills, surrounded by some of the worlds largest technology companies. Building 1 supports 30 MW in a 141,000 SF envelope offering an enterprise-class secured data center with abundant power, market-leading design, and operating efficiency. The campus is served by dedicated redundant power feeds from two of the largest substations in the region.

Skybox Austin is supported by two diverse Oncor substations delivered via concrete encased underground duct banks. Located in Oncor deregulated power territory, Austin users now have access to robust renewable programs from the supplier of their choice, optimizing corporate sustainability initiates and offering competitive total cost of ownership in market. The campus is master planned to support up to two 141,000 SF facilities with separate or contiguous security entrances.
