Rob is a leading expert within the data center industry with over a decade of mission critical projects both nationally and internationally. Mr. Morris has directed more than 250 megawatts of development in North America. Previous roles include U.S. Practice Leader for Cassidy Turley’s Datacenter Solutions Group as well as Senior Associate to Cushman & Wakefield’s Datacenter Advisory Group.

Travis possesses an innate ability to understand a tenants requirement and provide a solution that exceeds expectations both in implementation and the total cost of occupancy. Prior to Skybox Datacenters, Travis served as a founding member of Cassidy Turley’s Datacenter Solutions Group as well as the Managing Director of the Transaction Consulting Group at Cushman & Wakefield.

Haynes’ experience stretches over seven years in the data center sector, both domestically and internationally. Haynes has represented tenants, buyers and sellers on more than 200 data center transactions totaling more than $1B in total value and has become renowned for his mission critical market expertise. Mr. Strader continues developing trusted relationships across the industry. Haynes previously served as Vice President in the CBRE Data Center Solutions platform.

Gordon served as a founding member of the Cassidy Turley Datacenter Solutions Group. Gordon’s expertise in marketing and leasing dedicated real estate facilities extends from engagement, execution and maintenance to ensure the highest levels of performance for all Skybox clients.

Robert Adkins serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Solutions for the Skybox Team. Robert brings more than 30 years of real estate experience with the last 14 years focused on data center management and deployment, most recently serving as the Executive Facilities Engineering lead where he oversaw site selection and fit out of IBM's technical designs at 59 data centers across 23 cities worldwide. Robert will be responsible for engaging with Skybox customers to create best in class data center solutions, managing Skybox’s proven Environment Health and Safety program, and working with enterprise and hyperscale customers to optimize existing environments and future deployments to achieve resilient compute and sustainable innovations globally

Jason is part of the Skybox leadership team developing projects across North America.  As Vice President of Construction Jason is responsible for preconstruction, schedule, and successful project delivery.  Jason comes to Skybox with over 15 years of experience managing multi-million-dollar Construction projects from inception to occupancy with an emphasis on Data Center, Office, Industrial, and Retail. Jason most recently worked for Critical Project Services for three years on multiple mission critical projects.

Bethany serves as our Business Administration Manager at Skybox Datacenters. She is responsible for the direct support of Skybox team members and serves as a point of contact for our clients. Prior to joining the team, Bethany received a Biomedical Sciences degree from Texas A&M University and thereafter worked in the financial services space.

Nick serves as our Construction Manager and is responsible for direct support of the Skybox construction team and all ongoing development projects. Additionally, Nick will be focused on Skybox EHS initiatives and ensuring these practices are applied to all current and future developments. Prior to joining the team, Nick served as Senior Project Manager at Cummings Electrical with years of experience in project management and design collaboration of mission critical and headquarter projects.

Katie is responsible for project coordination, brand management and customer engagement for Skybox Datacenters. Mrs. McJunkin graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M University. Katie previously served for three years as a Director at Watermark Community Church in Dallas, TX.

Cody serves as our Construction Manager and is responsible for direct support of the Skybox construction team and all ongoing development projects. Additionally, Cody will be focused on Skybox EHS initiatives and ensuring these practices are applied to all current and future developments. Prior to accepting this position, he served as a Project Manager for Birch Construction and VCC, LLC.

Anna serves as our Business Coordinator at Skybox Datacenters. She is responsible for the direct support of Skybox team members and serves as a point of contact for our clients. Prior to joining the team, Anna received a Marketing and Management degree from Baylor University and served as Administrative Assistant of the Marketing Department for Hankamer School of Business.

James is responsible for managing a team of technicians and day-to-day operations of Skybox Houston One. His responsibilities include preventative maintenance, developing policies and procedures, managing Skybox vendors, contractors, security, and overseeing new construction build out.

Bill serves as Senior Facilities Technician for Skybox Datacenters providing a proven ability to maintain mission critical infrastructure. Bill’s extensive knowledge in systems includes plant operations air cooled chillers, DX systems, EPMS, BMS and network topology management.

Aaron serves as our head of security working in tandem with our operations team and account managers to ensure Skybox facility and customers remain safe, secure and compliant 24/7/365.

Chris serves as Critical Facilities Technician for Skybox Datacenters focused on maintaining and monitoring facility maintenance on critical equipment in both preventative and corrective manners including HVAC, temperature control and digital management systems. Chris previously served in the US Navy with the Aviation Maintenance Administration.

Brent serves as a Technical Account Manager at Skybox Datacenters. He acts as the primary point of contact for customers to provide support, performance, best practice advice, and assessments related to Skybox and customer's infrastructure.

Jason leads project management and construction implementation across Skybox datacenter projects in a national capacity. With over 24 years in the real estate industry with a focus on project management, Jason has worked with a wide array for Fortune 500 companies including some of the largest technology companies in the world on a wide array of development projects. His deep expertise helps to drive the successful development outcomes for which Skybox has become renowned.
