The Skybox Legacy Campus is situated on 50 acres and is masterplanned to support five Hyperscale data centers. Each 25 MW mission critical facility is purpose built featuring a market leading 6" concrete roof deck able to sustain 190+ MPH winds and PowerQUAD technology which allows for critical loads up to 600 watts PSF.
Power & Design Flexibility
Skybox Legacy is supported by two diverse Oncor substations delivered via concrete encased underground duct banks. If needed, the campus can support up to a 150 MW private substation with access to 100% renewable programs.
Multiple block designs available including:
- 4N/3: 18 MW @ 275 W/PSF
- 6N/5: 20 MW @ 305 W/PSF
- 12N/11: 22 MW @ 340 W/PSF
